Tabata for Young at Heart πͺ - A fun, engaging strength and balance class specifically designed for seniors who have reasonable to good mobility. Classes run at Trust House Recreation Centre in Masterton.
This non-threatening environment focuses on improving overall strength, targeting key areas like hips, legs, upper body, and core stability. Equipment is used to help progress your capabilities at your own pace, all under the guidance of your mature trainer, Joe Kawana.
