Strong and Stable Fitness Class - The Peak, Hamilton 💪

Join our welcoming Strong & Stable fitness class at The Peak Rec Centre in Rototuna North, Hamilton. This moderately-paced class is perfect for those with reasonable mobility, featuring mostly standing exercises with chairs available for support when needed. 💪 Improve your strength, balance and confidence in this supportive environment.

Led by Dallas Honey, an experienced instructor with a background in nursing and health promotion. This class is part of the Peak Move & Greet programme. Please bring your own cup for post-class refreshments. No classes on public holidays or during Christmas/New Year break.

Wear comfortable clothing such as track pants or tights with t-shirts or sweatshirts, and supportive footwear like lace-up shoes or sneakers. First-time participants should arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet the instructor and prepare for class.
