Class Details:
Thursday classes with Jenny include movement to music plus strength, balance and mobility exercises. Equipment is provided, and chairs are available for support during standing exercises.
What to bring: Snug fitting shoes/sneakers and comfortable clothing for movement.
Classes are open to anyone 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or those at increased risk of falling who can safely participate.
