Our inclusive classes are suitable for those with limited mobility through to reasonable mobility levels. Each 60-minute session includes seated warm-ups, standing exercises (with chair support if needed), and a relaxing cool-down.
As your confidence grows, you can challenge yourself with ankle weights. Initially led by an Age Concern trained instructor, classes transition to a peer-led model using an Otago Exercise Programme audio CD.
