🧓 Steady As You Go (SAYGO) is a specialised fall prevention programme designed for Kiwis aged 65+ in the Bulls area. This unique programme uses peer leaders and a central coordinator to help seniors improve balance, strength, and confidence.
Our weekly classes are suitable for all fitness levels - whether you use a walking aid, have average mobility, or are quite physically confident. We create a supportive environment where everyone can work at their own pace.
