👵🧓 Steady As You Go© is a fun, social exercise programme designed specifically for older adults at the Takanini Library and Community Hub. These gentle exercises progressively build strength and balance in a supportive group environment.

This class is ideal for those with limited mobility, including people who use walking aids or feel unsure about physical activities.
