This welcoming class combines seated exercises with supported standing balance activities, making it ideal for participants at mobility levels 1-2. Everyone uses a chair for support throughout the session.

Class details:

  • Location: Waipa Women's Hub, 321 Bank Street, Te Awamutu
  • Cost: $4 per session
  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • No classes on public holidays or during Christmas/New Year break

What to bring: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, tights), lace-up shoes or sneakers. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to meet with Di.
