Be Strong, Be Fit & Be Stable is a 45-minute class perfect for reasonably active seniors looking to improve strength, balance and general fitness in a supportive environment. Make new friends while exercising at Sovereign Isles Lane Hall in Rototuna, Hamilton. ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ

This welcoming class incorporates standing exercises with some seated options. Equipment is provided, and your first session is free! The regular fee is just $4 per class.

  • Instructor: Jenny Tulloch, experienced personal trainer
  • Suitable for: Anyone 65+ (or 55+ for Mฤori and Pasifika)
  • Bring: Comfortable clothes and snug-fitting shoes/sneakers
  • Location: Sovereign Isles Lane Hall (next to 57), Hamilton
  • Directions: Drive down the long driveway, take first right, continue to the end where you'll find the car park and hall
