Our Level 3 senior fitness class is specifically designed for active older adults who want to maintain their fitness and mobility. πͺ This class offers the perfect blend of low-impact aerobics, conditioning exercises, and essential stretching routines that help maintain fitness while being kind to your joints.
Low-impact aerobics provides excellent cardiovascular benefits without the harsh impact on knees, hips, and ankles that can occur in regular aerobics classes. The conditioning portion focuses on maintaining muscle strength and bone density - crucial aspects of healthy ageing. The stretching component improves flexibility and range of motion, helping to prevent injuries and maintain independence in daily activities.
