💪 Fit After 50 combines light resistance training with cardiovascular exercises to build strength, improve balance and increase energy levels for over 50s. This Level 3 class is perfect for active kiwis with good mobility who want to maintain their fitness in their golden years.
Classes are held at Ohope Hall (9 Bluett Road, Ōhope) and often utilize the outdoor area when the weather's good. Bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Plenty of free parking available.
Cost: $10 casual rate or $85 for a 10-session concession card
