🧘♀️ Steady As You Go (SAYGO) is a community-based, peer-led fitness class designed for Kiwis aged 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) who want to improve balance, leg strength, flexibility and mobility.
This gentle exercise class includes hand coordination activities, seated exercises, and standing movements that can be adapted for all mobility levels. Every small movement helps with fall prevention!

Classes are led by trained peer leaders who work alongside participants to create a supportive community environment. Anyone at increased risk of falling is welcome, provided they can safely participate.
