💪 ProstFit is a specialized fitness program designed specifically for men living with disease at any stage of diagnosis or treatment. Our classes combine physical and cognitive elements in a supportive, fun, and social environment at Stadium 2000 in Blenheim.
This comprehensive program is suitable for all mobility levels, whether you're using walking aids, have average mobility, or enjoy good fitness. Each session focuses on functional training, balance, cognitive function, and strength building.
📅 Classes run once weekly in 4 blocks of 10 weeks throughout the year, proudly supported by Dry July NZ Trust and accredited by the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.

🏆 Registration is required through the Marlborough Prostate Support Group (marlborough@prostate.org.nz). Class sizes are capped to ensure quality instruction and support.
