The New Plymouth Bridge Club offers exciting weekday sessions open to everyone, whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out. Located at 70 Hobson Street in New Plymouth Central, our club welcomes players aged 15 to 90+ for a fantastic 120-minute session of cards. With around 300 members, we’re a vibrant community passionate about the game of bridge. Our sessions run from mid-January to mid-December on Monday afternoons and some evenings, Tuesday, Wednesday (day and evening), Thursday evenings, and Friday afternoons. While entry fees vary, we encourage you to check with the club for the latest pricing details. No prior membership is required to join these open sessions, though some restrictions apply for specific events like teams or Swiss Pairs, where walk-in play isn’t possible. Additionally, certain Wednesday and Thursday sessions may have restrictions based on NZCBA rating points—our convener will guide you if applicable.
