In a typical session, you'll practice gentle movements with mindfulness and controlled breathing. These classes focus on ancient Chinese practices that connect mind and body. They take place at the Orewa Community Centre in Orewa, Auckland, and suit those with reasonable mobility who can walk without help, move around without difficulty, and have average strength and balance.
