Take part in the vibrant Senior Club nights at Orewa Badminton Club, a welcoming sports hub on Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast. Held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 pm onwards, these sessions are tailored for adults aged 16 and over, spanning a wide range of age groups from 18 to 65+. Whether you’re a seasoned player or looking to pick up a racket for the first time, this club offers a relaxed, casual environment to enjoy badminton. Sessions run for approximately 180 minutes, giving you plenty of time to engage in friendly matches on one of the four dedicated courts, all equipped with non-slip surface mats for safety and comfort. During the main season from March to October, club nights are free for members, making it an affordable way to stay active. Membership fees are $135 per year for full membership (including interclub and association fees) or $100 for social membership (no interclub). Unfortunately, due to high attendance, casual players are not currently accepted, but visitors are welcome to view the games and facility before committing. 🏸
