🏋️♀️ Be Strong, Be Fit & Be Stable is a welcoming community exercise class suitable for all abilities, including wheelchair users. This 45-minute class focuses on strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, co-ordination and fitness with some movement to music.
Work at your own pace in this inclusive environment - perfect for both beginners and experienced participants. Chairs are available for support during standing exercises, or you can choose to remain seated throughout.
