Gentle Falls Prevention Class at Waihi Art Museum

Steady As You Go© is a supportive community-based falls prevention program designed specifically for older adults. Join instructor Francine Hills for gentle exercises that improve strength, balance, and mobility in a friendly environment at the Waihi Art Museum. 🧘‍♀️

This 45-minute class features:

  • Gentle seated and standing exercises suitable for limited mobility
