Perfect for those with reasonable mobility who are looking to improve their stability and fitness while having fun.
Each weekly one-hour session includes a variety of seated, standing and walking movements led by our trained Age Concern Peer Leaders. Classes are held at Catholic Social Services Dunedin, 42 Macandrew Road, South Dunedin.
Take breaks whenever needed - our supportive environment welcomes participants at various fitness levels, though the class is designed for those who can move around without assistance.
