🧘♀️ BODYBALANCE® at Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre combines yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates in one class to build flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centred and calm. While this class is rated Level 3 at Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre, BodyBalance instructors typically offer modifications for different movements, making it adaptable to your personal fitness journey. The supportive atmosphere encourages you to work at your own pace while still challenging yourself.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. A towel is recommended for use on the mats provided. Consider arriving 10-15 minutes early to your first class to meet the instructor and get set up properly.
